Monday; 8:30-5:00, Tuesday; 8:00-5:00, Wednesday; 9:30-6:30, Thursday, 8:00-5:00, Friday; 7:30-4:30

Opportunity to provide career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Ideally located for those living and working in Downtown Kirkland, and just three blocks from the Kirkland Transit Center, UW Medicine Primary and Urgent care at Kirkland offers a complete spectrum of primary care services five days a week (including evenings and same-day appointments), with Urgent Care open 7 days per week. Board-certified family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric providers offer dedicated, personalized care via in-person and virtual visits. For your convenience, a lab and digital X-ray services are available on-site. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
Other Duties as Requested REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
