UW Medical Center - Northwest Meridian Womens Health Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Day Shift, Full-time, Patient Services Specialist. WORK SCHEDULE Monday – 10:30am – 7pm Tuesday - Friday 7:30am – 4pm

Responds to patients’ needs and concerns as appropriate
Investigates complaints and works with office Lead, Supervisor or Manager to find solutions
Accepts patient payments (co-pays, deposits, etc.)
Coordinates and assists in scheduling ancillary appointments and consults
Reviews daily schedules to identify required medical records requests
Orders, coordinates, and distributes medical records as needed
Scans all in house test results, ultrasounds, ECGs and attaches to appropriate order
Reviews the Epic Referral Queue daily for incoming orders and new patient referrals SPECIALTY
Management of obstetrical panels for multiple physicians
Scheduling and management of appointments for obstetrical patients
Management of obstetrical patient education
Review of appointment reports to identify patients for new obstetrical appointments are appointed correctly
Managing of referrals from outside providers
Coordination of hospital procedures and appointments related to pregnancy QUALIFICATIONS High School graduation or equivalent AND two years Patient Services Specialist 2 experience OR equivalent education/experience.
